Why on earth is there sugar in nectar?

AtMatr Copenhagen, we want to be honest. Therefore we would like to tell you, why we add cane sugar to our nectars and lemonades. The answer is in fact quite simple; We add sugar, because it is necessary!

The nectars and lemonades are made from fruit puree, which we dilute with water so that they can be drunk (otherwise you would probably have to use a spoon). When water is added, the natural fructose content is lowered. If we do not do anything about it, the nectars and lemonades will taste like a very diluted cup of juice.

We could add all sorts of stuff to bring back the taste, but we have chosen just to use cane sugar, to achieve the best flavor.

So here you get a nectar, with no added "magic".
